Terms of use

Who we are

Endorso (endorso.com) is operated by SOFT DEV FZ LLC, licence No. 9485/2016 of the Fujairah Creative City Free Zone Authority, Fujairah – Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates ("we"). Contact: privacy@hello.clickwise.net.

By using Endorso you accept these terms. Our privacy and cookies notice (/en/privacy/) explains what data we keep and why.

What Endorso is

  • Endorso shows offers from online stores and links to them as an affiliate. We don't sell anything and we don't take payments. You buy from the store, under the store's terms. The store is responsible for the product, price, stock, delivery, returns and warranty.
  • When someone buys through a link on Endorso, the store or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. It doesn't change the price.
  • Offer information (stores, products, prices and coupons) comes from the stores and their affiliate networks. We show it as they give it to us, but it can change or contain errors. What counts is what the store shows when you buy.

Sharing offers and earning

  • You can share offers if you are 18 or older. When you share, Endorso creates your personal code, without sign-up. Purchases made through your link are credited to your code.
  • You earn the share shown on Endorso of the commission the store pays us for other people's purchases through your link (today, 50%). Each store pays differently. Stores on affiliate networks credit a sale when the network confirms it.
  • We pay once a month, only what the store has already paid us, by PayPal or Wise. To get paid you sign up with your email, name, country and payout account.
  • Each store says which company pays you:
    • SOFT DEV FZ LLC, from 25 USD or EUR;
    • or AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. (Madrid, Spain), against an invoice that Endorso prepares for you and you confirm, with the minimums shown on your page.
    • Amounts below the minimum carry over to the next month.
  • We never pay for:
    • bot or automated clicks;
    • your own purchases;
    • sales that the store cancels, refunds or doesn't pay.
    • If a store reverses a sale it had already paid us, we may deduct that amount from your future earnings.
  • In the United Arab Emirates the law requires a UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit to publish advertising. If you get paid there, we ask for its number.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes.

Rules for sharing

These rules apply to every store. Some stores add their own rules, shown on the store's page, and you accept them when you share that store.

  • Make clear that it is advertising: put #ad or an affiliate note at the start of the post, not hidden. Follow the advertising law of your country.
  • Don't bid on a store's name in search engines, and don't run paid ads or boosted posts with your link or the store's brand.
  • No spam or unsolicited messages, including in groups. Send emails only if the store allows it, and only to people who agreed to receive them.
  • No coupons, discounts, cashback or incentives for buyers, unless the store allows them. If it does, use only the program's own.
  • Share only your own link. Don't present yourself as the store or as its representative. Don't present your page as its official site. Don't create accounts, pages or domains in its name.
  • No software, browser extensions or toolbars.
  • Don't use your link for your own purchases, and don't generate clicks artificially.
  • Nothing next to adult content. No weapons, alcohol, tobacco or gambling in posts with your link.
  • Use only the program's own images and offers, and respect the rights of others.

Some stores can be shared only with approval. You send the public link of your profile or channel, and the store decides. The store can withdraw its approval at any time.

If you break these rules, or a store or network declines sales because of how you shared, we don't pay the sales affected and we may disable your code.

For brands

Brands that list their program through «For brands» continue on the Clickwise form, under the Clickwise merchant terms.

Endorso MCP server

  • endorso.com/mcp is a free, read-only server for AI assistants. It searches the public catalogue of stores and offers. It needs no account and doesn't ask for or store personal data.
  • Limits:
    • 30 calls per minute and 1,000 per day per connection; we may change them.
    • Don't get around the limits, and don't use the server to copy the catalogue in bulk.
  • Show the links as we return them, with the affiliate note. Don't present prices, coupons or stock as guaranteed: what the store shows is what counts.
  • The AI assistant you use is a separate service, under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • We may change or stop the server at any time.

Content and intellectual property

The Endorso name, logo and site are ours. Store names, logos, images and offers belong to the stores: use them only as the program provides them.

Liability

  • Endorso is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that offers, prices or links are correct or that the service will be uninterrupted.
  • We are not responsible for the stores, their products or websites, or for what other users or AI assistants say.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of two amounts: what we paid you in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or gross negligence. Nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending

You can stop using Endorso at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy notice). We may suspend or close a code that breaks these terms. Confirmed earnings not affected by a breach are paid under these terms once they reach the minimum.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change reduces what you earn or adds obligations, we will show it on the site at least 30 days before it applies, and we will email it to people signed up to get paid. Sales made before a change keep the terms in force when they were made.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the Courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and can also go to its courts. These terms are available in English and Spanish, and both versions are equally valid.
