Who is responsible

If you only browse
We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is csrftoken, which protects forms and is strictly necessary. When you go to a store from Endorso, Clickwise's tracking service records the click (date, IP, browser and referring page) so the store can credit the sale and to prevent fraud. The store applies its own cookies and policy.
To know whether the law in your country asks you to accept cookies first, we look up the country of your IP address in a database on our own servers (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0). Your IP is not sent to any third party for this and the result is not stored.
If you share offers (no sign-up)
When you share or create your code we store the following (where the law asks for prior consent, only after you accept this notice; elsewhere we show it to you when you share):
- a random code in the
endorso_codecookie (signed, not readable by JavaScript, 180 days), to recognise your links and credit purchases to you; - an irreversible fingerprint (HMAC) of your IP and browser, to limit abuse; Endorso never stores your IP in clear;
- the nickname you choose (optional) and the links you share.
When someone opens one of your links, the click is recorded as above and the store or affiliate network tells us whether there was a purchase (amount and status). We never receive or show personal data of the buyer. Your page shows only your clicks, sales and earnings.
If you sign up to get paid
We ask only what we need to pay you: email, name, country and your PayPal or Wise account. If you get paid from the United Arab Emirates, also your UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit number, which the law there requires to publish advertising. We pay what the store has already paid us; bot clicks and your own purchases are never paid.
If a sale is paid to you by AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. (Madrid, Spain), we share the data it needs to pay you: name, country, payout method and account, invoice details and the sales and amounts it pays you. It uses them to pay you and to meet its accounting and tax obligations, as an independent controller under the GDPR, and keeps them for as long as Spanish law requires. If you request approval for a store
Some stores are shared only with approval. If you request it, we keep the public link to your profile or channel to decide whether to approve you. If the store requires it, we also share that link with the brand, only if you agree in the form, so it can decide whether to approve you. The brand uses that link under its own privacy policy. We keep your request (the link, its status and the dates) while you stay signed up, and we delete it if you ask us.
If you write to us from «For brands»
We keep what you type in the form: the brand, the website, the email, the country, the message and whether you agree that your program is shared on endorso. We use it only to reply to you about the program and for your sign-up, which continues on the Clickwise form. We do not keep your IP: only a fingerprint derived from your IP to limit submissions, deleted after one hour.
If you message us on WhatsApp
Messages to +1 646 362 1368 are answered by a Clickwise AI assistant, which says it is an AI. That conversation is handled under the Clickwise privacy policy. We never message you first on WhatsApp.
Purpose and legal basis
To credit clicks and purchases, pay what you earn and prevent fraud: performance of the Endorso programme you accept when sharing, and legitimate interest in the security of the service. To review an approval request: the steps you ask us to take so you can share that store. To pass your link to the brand: your consent in the form, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to privacy@hello.clickwise.net; withdrawing it does not affect what we already shared. Data is hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@hello.clickwise.net with your code. If you delete the cookie, your links keep working, but this browser no longer recognises you.
