Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026. These terms govern the use of Endorso by merchants who run an affiliate program through us and by endorsers (affiliates, publishers and creators) who promote those merchants. Endorso is a Clickwise service; questions go to support@endorso.com.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact and payment details and keep them current. One account per legal entity or person. You are responsible for activity under your API keys, pixels and discount codes; tell us immediately if any of them is compromised.
2. Merchants
Merchants define the commission they pay on each approved sale (typically 5–15%), install the Endorso pixel or use Endorso-issued discount codes, and keep the offer details on their program page accurate. There is no setup fee: merchants pay only on sales Endorso drives, as shown on the merchants page.
Merchants may reject sales that are refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or outside the program rules within the validation window described below. Rejections must be reported through the dashboard or API with a reason.
3. Endorsers (affiliates, publishers, creators)
Endorsers may promote a merchant only through the tracked links, codes or feeds Endorso issues to them and must follow each merchant program's rules (channels allowed, brand-bidding and coupon restrictions, disclosure requirements). Endorsers must clearly disclose that links are affiliate links where the law or platform requires it.
Traffic must come from real people. Self-purchases, incentivised clicks not allowed by the program, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims and typosquatting are prohibited and forfeit the related commissions.
4. Commissions and payouts
For each approved sale the merchant's commission is split 70% to the endorser who referred it and 30% to Endorso, unless a program page states a different split. Amounts are calculated on the order value reported by the merchant's tracking, net of taxes, shipping and refunds.
Endorsers are paid monthly on net-30 terms: commissions approved in a calendar month are paid within 30 days after the end of that month, once the endorser's balance meets the minimum shown in the dashboard and a valid payout method is on file. Merchants are invoiced monthly for approved commissions on the same cycle and pay within 30 days of the invoice date.
5. Tracking and validation
Sales are attributed to the last Endorso click or code redemption within the program's attribution window (shown on each program page). A sale is "pending" when tracked, "approved" when the merchant confirms it or the validation window (30 days unless the program states otherwise) passes without rejection, and "rejected" when the merchant reports a refund, cancellation, fraud or a rule breach within that window.
Endorso runs fraud and quality checks and may hold or reverse commissions that fail them. We keep tracking records for at least 24 months and make them available to both sides in the dashboard.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Endorso for products or content that are illegal in the target market, to infringe third-party rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to scrape or resell Endorso data beyond what the API terms allow. Feeds and links are issued for promotion; redistribution to third parties requires the program's permission.
7. Data and privacy
We process click, redemption and order data to attribute sales, prevent fraud and pay commissions. Merchants remain responsible for their customers' personal data and for the legal basis of their pixel; Endorso processes it on the merchant's behalf only for these purposes. Contact us at support@endorso.com for data requests.
8. Termination
Either side may close the relationship at any time from the dashboard or by email. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Commissions already approved remain payable; pending sales are validated normally, and commissions tied to a breach are forfeited.
9. Liability
Endorso is provided as is. We do not guarantee sales volumes, rankings or uptime, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees Endorso earned from your account in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect; continuing to use Endorso after that date means you accept them.
